One-click pause for student sharing
Sometimes you need to take a break from sharing updates for a particular student. We added a temporary pause button that hides the student from new posts while keeping their history intact.
- Pauses can be set for a date range or indefinitely.
- Families see a friendly note if they try to access new content during the pause.
- Directors receive a weekly reminder about active pauses.
Exportable access logs
Compliance teams can now receive an automated access log over SFTP every Friday. The CSV includes login activity, file downloads, and permission updates for the week.
- Opt in for SFTP delivery or download on demand from the admin console.
- Filters make it easy to isolate classroom, student, or caregiver records.
- Logs are retained in Kiddoz for 24 months for quick audits.
